In accordance with ICANN's RDDS Accuracy Program Specification, we recently conducted a scan and verification of contact information. During this process, we identified that the contact information (such as postal code, phone number, address) of the contact templates under your account does not match the format or affiliation inferred based on the Country field.

To ensure the accuracy and authenticity of domain registration data, we have marked these non-compliant contact templates as "Unpass."

1. Please log in to your account immediately and go to [Contact Template] to check the status.

2. Create a Valid Template: create a template based on your actual circumstances, ensuring all fields (especially country/region, phone number format) are accurate, valid, and consistent with each other.

3. Submit for Verification: after submitting the new template, the system will audit it.

4. Complete Ownership Transfer: once the new template passed, please update the contact info to new template. Otherwise, in accordance with ICANN compliance requirements and to avoid the domain name being placed on clientHold status due to inaccurate contact information, failure to do so may result in restrictions on the normal use of your domains.
