External Domain Name Push Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between you ("User") and NAMEMART PTE. LTD. ("NameMart", "we", or "us") through https://www.namemart.com (the "Website"). By clicking to accept this Agreement on this page or through other means, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by all of the following terms and conditions.. If you have any questions or disagree with any provision, please do not proceed with further operations.

To facilitate your external domain name push operations and management, please carefully read and understand the following provisions:

Definitions

1.1 External Domain Name Push refers to the process by which a domain name is transferred (“pushed”) from its current registrar account to the corresponding NameMart account established at that registrar, and subsequently added to the NameMart domain database. Upon completion, the domain may be traded, sold, and managed on https://www.namemart.com..

1.2 Corresponding Account refers to the NameMart-owned account established at a specific registrar, designated solely for receiving pushed domains.

1.3 User account refers to the account held by the user at the current registrar where the domain is registered.

2. External Domain Push Process

2.1 The process of External Domain Push is as follows:

(i) Login to your account on the Website, go to “Member Center – Domains –External Domain Push” and submit the domains to be pushed.

(ii) Login to User Account, transfer the domains to Corresponding Account at no charge.

(iii) Login to your account on the Website, go to “External Domain Push List” and clicked “Transferred”.

(iv) Once the push is verified by NameMart, the domain name push will be completed, you’re able to trade, sale, and manage your domains on NameMart.

2.2 Some registrars may require manual acceptance of the push. For detailed information, please contact NameMart’s online customer service through https://www.namemart.com.

3. Fees

3.1 The current External domain name push handling fee is as follows:

Regular Members: USD $0.75 per domain;

VIP Members: USD $0.45 per domain;

SVIP Members: USD $0.29 per domain.

3.2 NameMart reserves the right to adjust the above fee standards according to business needs and market conditions. The adjusted fees will be  announced on NameMart’s relevant pages, including but not limited to https://www.namemart.com.

If you disagree with our price adjustment, you shall timely notify us in written form and stop using the External Domain Name Push service provided by NameMart. Continued use of the service after publication of the new rates shall be deemed as your acceptance of the adjusted fees and related terms.

4. Rules and Notices

4.1 The domains pushed to the corresponding account should be consistent with the External Domain Push List, otherwise the domains will not pass the audit.

4.2 Domains must be transferred via PUSH. Please do not transfer the ownership of the domains that need to change accounts, otherwise such actions may prevent successful identification or deposit.

4.3 The manage and use of domains must be in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from your operations.

4.4 The DNS of the external domains pushed into NameMart will be changed to the DNS of https://www.namemart.com. To have your domains resolved by NameMart, your account must have a valid default domain template and complete template ownership transfer as required.

4.5 In accordance with domain name real-name verification policies(.CN), if NameMart’s partners/registrars require identity verification, NameMart is authorized to submit your real-name materials to such registrars for review.

4.6 Domains pushed into NameMart may support DNS modification, resolution setup, and listing for sale or trade through https://www.namemart.com. However, all such operations must comply with ICANN policies and NameMart’s published agreements, policies, and rules.
