The balance in your account can be used to pay for all products and services, including domain registration, renewal, backorders, and email purchases.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Sign in to Your Account

Visit the homepage and enter your username and password to sign in. If you do not have an account yet, please click “Sign Up" to register one.

2. Go to the Recharge Center

After signed in,  In the navigation bar , select “Billing" - "Online Recharge.”

3. Enter Recharge Details

Recharge Amount: You can enter a custom amount. The minimum recharge amount is $10.

Payment Method: NameMart supports multiple payment options, including Alipay HK, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Please refer to the options shown on the page. You may choose the one that suits your needs.

After confirming that all information is correct, click the "Confirm” button.

4. Complete the Payment

The page will redirect you to the payment page of your selected payment method, or display a QR code. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment by scanning the QR code with your mobile device, or by entering your payment password, fingerprint, or facial verification.

5. Check Your Balance

Once the payment is successful, you can see your updated balance on homepage. Typically, the recharge amount will be credited to your account within 0 -10 minutes.
